Linatex

LINATEX is a 95 per cent natural caoutchouc with an excellent elasticity, strength and power of resistance against cutting, tearing and wear. Based on more than 70 years of experience in the fight against wear and corrosion by aggressive materials, LINATEX has developed into a preferential rubber quality against gliding, bumping and water wear. LINATEX linings lead to considerable cost savings and in many cases surpass the stand times of polyurethane linings, steel alloys and ceramic hard casting.

LINATEX is produced of fresh latex. It is a cold process of vulcanization. Unlike other procedures here the recipe components are added to the liquid state, so that the mechanical work process is a very gentle one. That way the molecular structure of the caoutchouc is preserved. It is this process which gives LINATEX unusual physical qualities and a high duration elasticity.
