The production of high quality concrete and special sands requires the highest quality of its used materials that demand a separation of organic particles < 1,8 g/cm³ in the final product clearly below 0,01 weight-%. MAB fluid bed sortifiers and classifiers meet all these requirements and see to a thorough separation of floats and sinks. Three different versions of MAB fluid bed sortifiers and classifiers are available:

1.HYDROSORT® single-chamber system (sortifier)
2.HYDROSORT® two-chamber system (sortifier)
3.HYDROSORT® two-chamber system (classifier)
All three devices dispose of an automatic self controlling, so a constant control is not needed.
