At the plaster production unpleasant sulfur gasses which shall be reduced to a minimum arise. Furthermore an extremely efficient and uncomplicated separation of the plaster/salt suspension shall be achieved. One achieves this with a meaningful combination of our high performance cyclones and vacuum belt filters. There the liquid plaster is washed and dried so that a cake arises whose iron-bearing particles which lead to an unpleasant brown coloring were already removed in the overflow of the cyclones. With this technique the most different degrees of white can be obtained at the production of REA plaster.
